The Role
you will serve as the primary point of contact for system inquiries, provide training to logistics coordinators, and help optimize business processes. You will work on enhancing the OTC process through digital solutions and contribute to overall process improvements. The ideal candidate will have strong SAP and technical system experience, along with a passion for continuous improvement and supporting team members.
Responsibilities
-Provide ongoing system support to logistics coordinators and other team members.
-Develop and deliver training sessions for logistics coordinators to ensure effective system usage.
-Analyze and identify areas for improvement within the Order to Cash (OTC) process.
-Implement solutions to streamline processes, increase efficiency, and enhance system functionality.
-Generate and analyze reports on supply chain performance and key operational metrics.
-Provide actionable insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement efforts.
-Collaborate with business partners to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
-Ensure adherence to internal policies and processes for OTC activities.
Requirements
-Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Science, IT Systems, Supply Chain, or a related field.
-Experience in Sales, Supply Chain, or Digital Transformation/Business partnerships is preferred.
-A minimum of 2-3 years' experience with systems, specifically SAP, is required.
-Fluency in English, Dutch is a big plus.
-Experience with Power Platforms (Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and advanced Excel is preferred.
