Role Description
As a Microbiology Specialist you will have a key role in managing projects within the ADV-M section. The diversity of activities, customers and dynamics within the organization ensure a varied working environment, in which priorities can constantly change.
Responsibilities
- Develop and conduct method suitability tests and conventional microbiological analyses, ensuring all associated documentation is kept up to date.
- Independently coordinate and lead projects, including executing and reporting on various microbiological studies specific to products.
- Oversee, perform, and report microbiological root cause analyses within the production environment in Oss and the QC-M lab. This involves collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and managing deviations in ETQ, including their creation and coordination.
Requirements
- HBO degree in Microbiology or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in a pharmaceutical process environment and microbiology lab (preferred).
- Familiarity with GMP and GDocP standards.
- Communication skills in both Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
