About the Role
As an HRSD Administrative Support Employee, you will assist in executing tasks related to the Redundancy Plan, ensuring accuracy in documentation, compliance, and employee support.

Responsibilities
Draft settlement agreements, reassignment letters, and related documents.
Maintain and update the Redundancy Plan Base File and HR systems (AFAS, Workday).
Process legal, travel, and education reimbursement requests.
Coordinate outplacement support and LHH registrations.
Manage severance reporting for Finance.
Assist redundant employees with inquiries and concerns.

Requirements
Bachelor degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience handling confidential data with discretion.
Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with AFAS, Workday is a plus.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Other Information
Previous experience in HR or administrative roles is highly desirable.
