The Company
Our client focuses on diseases where the need for new medications is high and the costs are significant. This multinational company is known as one of the largest generic drug manufacturers in the world. In the Netherlands, the main focus areas are neurology and pulmonology, as well as the marketing of products for rheumatological conditions.

The Role
As a Process Operator, you will be responsible for producing pharmaceutical bulk products and preparing the dosage form for each batch that leaves our site. You will set up, operate, and monitor the equipment while improving processes. Additionally, you will be involved in weighing, assembling, and filtering products, ensuring the production of high-quality batches that impact the health and well-being of patients.

Responsibilities
-Set up/initialize filling machines in accordance with cleanroom SOPs and cGMP.
-Assist with basic equipment maintenance under the guidance of the Engineering team.
-Adhere to health and safety procedures and work practices to minimize accidents/incidents.
-Perform operational tasks to ensure the final product meets high-quality standards.
-Maintain excellent cleanliness standards in your assigned area, following cGMP.
-Participate in troubleshooting and resolving process issues to achieve site performance.
-Communicate deviations to the management team and take responsibility for corrective actions.
-Accurately complete batch documentation and related production records, fully complying with SOPs and cGMP.


Requirements
-A degree in a technical or scientific field, or experience in batch production (weighing, assembly) within a highly regulated industry such as pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or food production.
-Strong technical and problem-solving skills relevant to pharmaceutical production.
-Ability to collaborate effectively within a team of operational professionals.
-Willingness to work in shifts.
-Good communication skills in Dutch or English, with a willingness to improve your Dutch if necessary.
