Role Overview
We are currently seeking a Commercial & Customer Engagement Coordinator to join our client’s team. This role provides operational support across the therapeutic area and geography while leading assigned projects using Agile methodology. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational, communication, and project management skills to drive marketing and customer engagement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
-Provide operational support to the full therapeutic area team (commercial and medical) in the assigned geography.
-Collaborate with the North Europe marketing and medical teams to implement and follow up on planned activities (e.g., HCP Contracts, Purchase Orders, promotional material approvals).
-Drive ad hoc projects from Global or MCO levels, such as audits, simplification efforts, and data collection coordination.
-Support and manage congress and meeting planning, including logistics, guest correspondence, and event organization.
-Lead digital marketing initiatives in collaboration with the MCO brand and local CE teams.
-Work cross-functionally with Medical, Marketing, Regulatory, and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with promotional rules and internal SOPs.
-Ensure the use of approved templates and adherence to internal policies, standard operating procedures, and compliance regulations.
-Continuously seek to improve, simplify, and optimize internal processes with a focus on adding value.
Requirements
-Education or experience in business administration.
-Strong understanding or experience in sales, marketing, and communication within a highly specialized industry.
-Knowledge of local promotional compliance rules in the pharmaceutical industry (preferred).
-Fluent in English
-Experience in Agile methodology (Scrum Master certification is a plus).
-Strong attention to detail, proactive mindset, and ability to work cross-functionally.
-Excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
