In the Netherlands, the core focus areas are neurology and pulmonology and the marketing of products for rheumatological conditions.


Role Description
As an Operator - Fill & Finish, you will play a key role in the creation of liquid-filled ampoules, which are essential for delivering high-quality pharmaceutical products to Teva’s patients. You will be responsible for setting up, operating, monitoring, and improving equipment and processes throughout the production of these products. Additionally, you will manage the loading and unloading of lyophilizers. 

Responsibilities

  • Setting up and start filling machines in line with cleanroom SOPs and cGMP guidelines.
  • Ensuring equipment operates according to established standards, monitoring performance, troubleshooting faults, and making adjustments as necessary.
  • Assisting with basic equipment maintenance as directed by the Engineering team.
  • Adhering to health and safety procedures to minimize accidents and incidents.
  • Executing operational tasks aimed at improving the quality of the final product.
  • Maintaining housekeeping standards within your assigned areas, following cGMP.
  • Actively participating in resolving process issues swiftly and efficiently to help meet site performance goals.
  • Taking responsibility for reporting non-conformance to the management team.
  • Accurately completing batch records and related production documentation, ensuring full compliance with SOPs and cGMP.

Requirements

  • A recent graduate with a degree in a technical or scientific field, or experience working on a fill and finish line in a highly regulated environment (such as food manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, or medical devices), even without a degree.
  • Strong technical and problem-solving skills applicable to pharmaceutical manufacturing.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work independently as a self-starter.
  • Ability to set high-performance standards and work well within a team.
  • Must be clean-shaven (or willing to be clean-shaven upon request) to wear required PPE for tasks like cleaning, disinfection, and chloroform evaporation.
  • Shift work: Primarily 16/7 with a pattern of morning and evening shifts including weekends, with the potential for a 24/7 shift pattern if needed. Flexibility is required to work 5 or 6 out of 7 weekends.
  • Shift allowances of 19.66% for 37.3 hours weekly, or 28.30% for 33.6 hours weekly when working the 24/7 shift pattern.
