Role Description:
The Marketing Coordinator supports teams across different regions and therapeutic areas while also managing their own projects, using the Agile methodology.
Responsibilities:
- Provide operational support to commercial & medical teams.
- Coordinate with North Europe teams on marketing & medical activities (HCP contracts, purchase orders, approvals).
- Manage ad hoc projects (audits, data collection, simplification efforts).
- Organize congresses, meetings, and event logistics.
- Lead digital marketing initiatives with brand and local teams.
- Ensure compliance with promotional rules and internal processes.
- Optimize and systemize internal workflows.
Requirements:
- Strong coordination and collaboration abilities.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and structured.
- Customer and patient-focused mindset.
- Background in business administration.
- Experience in sales, marketing, or communication.
- Pharma compliance knowledge (a plus).
- Scrum master experience (a plus).
