Mechanical Rotating Planner

Role Description
We seek a Mechanical Rotating Planner with expertise in rotating equipment, SAP, and maintenance coordination, excelling in organization, problem-solving, and adaptability in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities
- Develop work plans for preventive and predictive maintenance, overhauls, and repairs of rotating and static equipment (e.g., pumps, compressors, motors, valves, piping).
- Coordinate with maintenance and engineering teams to ensure availability of materials, tools, and resources.
- Prepare and manage work orders in SAP, including device data, materials, and manpower.
- Use SAP to track and manage maintenance schedules and work orders.
- Maintain accurate records of completed work and ensure compliance with procedures.
- Collaborate with engineers, maintenance crews, and stakeholders for efficient execution of plans.
Support continuous improvement by suggesting better maintenance processes and practices.

Requirements
- Preferably an MTS or similar technical degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Certifications in rotating equipment or maintenance planning are a plus.
- At least 5 years of experience in rotary equipment maintenance, planning, or preparation, ideally in an industrial setting.
- Hands-on experience with SAP and work order management systems.
