About the Role
As a Financial Analyst, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing the company’s financial performance, primarily focusing on cost control and budget management. You will collaborate with multiple internal teams to ensure that financial activities are aligned with the overall business goals and objectives of the company.

Responsibilities
- Analyze and report on inventory, production, and product costs.
- Lead month-end financial close activities, including variable and period cost reviews.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate product cost standards.
- Provide timely, insightful financial reports to support decision-making.
- Support the annual manufacturing cost and cost-of-sales budget cycle.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the COSI organization.
- Ensure compliance with SOX and internal financial control standards.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within a manufacturing or pharmaceutical environment.
- Proficiency in ERP and financial reporting systems.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- A proactive mindset with a drive to challenge the status quo and seek improvements.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
