Role Description

Our client is looking for a Junior Operational Manager to lead a team of 15-20 operators within their pharmaceutical production facility. In this exciting role, you'll be responsible for driving production efficiency while maintaining the highest quality and safety standards. Senior management will provide ongoing support to help you excel in this role.

 Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a team of operators to achieve production goals in a pharmaceutical setting.
• Collaborate with planning teams and other departments to optimize production workflows.
• Ensure timely delivery of customer orders while maintaining cost efficiency.
• Continuously improve processes related to technology, quality, and safety in pharmaceutical production.
• Enforce and maintain strict quality control procedures within the department.
• Monitor performance data and implement improvements based on key metrics.
• Address production deviations promptly and ensure corrective actions are taken.
• Foster a culture of safety, compliance, and high performance within the team.

 Requirements

• Strong leadership skills, particularly in a pharmaceutical or regulated environment.
