Role Description
Conduct laboratory analysis on food samples, manage sample storage and administration, report results, and assist in SOP standardization when possible.
Responsibilities
- Collect samples from various storage locations and ensure proper administration.
- Prepare samples for analysis.
- Conduct chemical tests like salt and acidity measurement if needed.
- Perform physical tests such as viscosity and density measurement.
- Manage stored shelf-life samples, including location, codes, expiry dates, and analysis scheduling.
- Support the development and updating of SOPs and Work Instructions (WIs).
Requirement
- 1-3 years of experience in a food or chemical lab.
- MBO education in lab, food, or chemical studies.
- Strong data management and analytical skills.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Experience with software like Excel and LIMS.
