Role Description:
In this role, you will report to the Strategy Lead and primarily focus on managing the carve-out of two brands from the company portfolio. Your responsibilities will involve supporting strategic M&A objectives, ensuring smooth execution in line with project timelines. This position combines performance and process excellence and offers the opportunity to make a significant impact within the European Foods business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee weekly financial governance with markets & implementation teams.
- Manage budget control and ensure Day One finance readiness.
- Execute the carve-out and transition period, handling:
- P&L reporting
- Inventory management
- TSA charging & Handshake process
Requirements:
- Finance qualification (CA, CIMA, ACCA) or MBA/Master’s degree preferred.
- 3-6 years of experience in finance, FP&A, SC, or business partnering.
- Strong P&L knowledge, month-end closing, and forecasting experience.
- Ability to work under time pressure and handle multiple priorities.
- Excellent analytical skills, stakeholder management, and communication.
- Proactive, hands-on approach with a bias for action.
- Fluent in English.
