About the Position
We are looking for an Email Marketing Specialist to drive targeted email campaigns and enhance customer engagement. You will play a key role in creating, automating, and optimizing email flows, ensuring the right message reaches the right audience at the right time.
Responsibilities
-Plan and execute email campaigns using Marketo
-Optimize and automate customer journeys based on data and behavior
-A/B test and analyze email performance to improve engagement
-Manage and grow the loyalty program to retain customers
-Collaborate with marketing, sales, and digital teams to align strategies
Requirements
-2 to 4 years of experience in email marketing and campaign management
-Hands-on experience with email automation tools, preferably Marketo
-Strong understanding of customer journeys and data-driven marketing
-Knowledge of Google Analytics and A/B testing
-Fluent in Dutch and English, written and verbal
