Role Description
As an Engineering Project Manager you will support the manufacturing site. This role involves leading and executing small to medium-sized biopharmaceutical technical projects that align with the site's strategic objectives.
Responsibilities

Lead the planning and execution of the project lifecycle for equipment, facilities, and utilities CapEx projects

Conduct feasibility studies and present proposals against an agreed technical scope

Develop and implement project plans while managing execution and guiding multidisciplinary teams

Manage project activities to ensure successful execution within budget and timeline constraints

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, engineers, project sponsors, and external stakeholders to prepare business cases and justify capital investments.

Conduct ongoing risk analysis, develop mitigation plans, and implement continuous improvement processes.

Prepare and deliver project presentations to ensure efficient phase transitions.
Requirements
-
MSc/BSc Degree in Engineering or Technology.

Minimum of 5 years of Technical Project Management experience in Pharma, Biotech, Medical Device, Chemical, Food, or Semiconductor industries.

CAPM, PMP, or PRINCE II certification preferred.

Strong knowledge of project management tools, techniques, and software applications (Microsoft Project).

Experience with cGMP manufacturing and regulatory requirements.

Familiarity with GAMP validation models, ASTM E2500, and equipment validation lifecycle (FAT, SAT, IQ, OQ, PQ).

Excellent interpersonal communication and team-building skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.

High emotional intelligence with demonstrated ability to navigate challenging situations and negotiations effectively.
