Role Description

As an Engineering Project Manager you will support the manufacturing site. This role involves leading and executing small to medium-sized biopharmaceutical technical projects that align with the site's strategic objectives. 

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of the project lifecycle for equipment, facilities, and utilities CapEx projects

• Conduct feasibility studies and present proposals against an agreed technical scope

• Develop and implement project plans while managing execution and guiding multidisciplinary teams

• Manage project activities to ensure successful execution within budget and timeline constraints

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, engineers, project sponsors, and external stakeholders to prepare business cases and justify capital investments.

• Conduct ongoing risk analysis, develop mitigation plans, and implement continuous improvement processes.

• Prepare and deliver project presentations to ensure efficient phase transitions.

Requirements

• MSc/BSc Degree in Engineering or Technology.

• Minimum of 5 years of Technical Project Management experience in Pharma, Biotech, Medical Device, Chemical, Food, or Semiconductor industries.

• CAPM, PMP, or PRINCE II certification preferred.

• Strong knowledge of project management tools, techniques, and software applications (Microsoft Project).

• Experience with cGMP manufacturing and regulatory requirements.

• Familiarity with GAMP validation models, ASTM E2500, and equipment validation lifecycle (FAT, SAT, IQ, OQ, PQ).

• Excellent interpersonal communication and team-building skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.

• High emotional intelligence with demonstrated ability to navigate challenging situations and negotiations effectively.
