Role description
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support the business as it transitions into a standalone entity. This role involves managing end-to-end recruitment processes, advising on external talent market trends, and developing sourcing strategies to attract top-tier candidates. The ideal candidate will collaborate with HR teams, hiring managers, and business leaders to ensure a seamless hiring experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide insights into external talent market trends and advise HR and business teams.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle for all levels, from entry to executive roles.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through networking, social media, events, referrals, and industry job boards.
• Meet recruitment KPIs, including speed, cost-effectiveness, and candidate/hiring manager experience.
• Analyze recruitment data and drive improvements based on key metrics.
• Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a strong ability to source niche profiles.
• Experience in high-volume recruitment across multiple seniority levels.
• Preferred knowledge of international recruitment and hiring procedures.
• Proficiency in MS Office, HR systems (Workday, Hiredscore), digital screening tools (HireVue, LinkedIn Recruiter), and social media platforms.
