Role Description
We are seeking a Global Treasury Control & Reporting Analyst to join the Treasury Operations team. This role focuses on ensuring strong governance over global treasury activities, optimizing reporting processes, and supporting financial operations through digital tools. The ideal candidate will have a strong financial background, analytical skills, and experience in digital reporting solutions.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and enhance Power Platform tools (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate) for treasury reporting and automation.
- Support intercompany loan management, ensuring compliance and accurate documentation.
- Prepare quarterly interest forecasts in collaboration with Tax teams.
- Conduct idle cash analysis and follow up with Internal Cash & Treasury Centers (ICTCs).
- Oversee internal control self-testing and ensure compliance with treasury governance.
- Participate in treasury transformation projects, including improvements in cash positioning and forecasting.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Economics, or related fields.
- Experience: 3-5 years in finance, treasury, or accounting; experience with treasury operations is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate); SAP knowledge is an advantage.
- Analytical & Financial Skills: Strong grasp of accounting, financial reporting, and risk management.
- Soft Skills: Proactive, detail-oriented, with strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Preferred: Experience integrating acquired businesses into financial reporting systems.
Other Information
This is a hybrid role based in Veghel, requiring on-site presence 2 days per week. The position offers an excellent opportunity to develop expertise in global treasury operations while working in a dynamic and innovative environment.
