The Role:
We are looking for a Talent Partner / Recruiter to join our client's site in Amsterdam. In this role, you will support internal talent placement, drive external talent acquisition, and ensure best-in-class recruitment processes. You will act as a market expert, advising on sourcing channels and proactively identifying top talent.
 

Key Responsibilities:
-Partner with internal Talent Partners to staff new roles within the business.
-Act as an expert on the external talent market, advising HR and business teams on trends and opportunities.
-Manage the end-to-end external vacancy portfolio, collaborating with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners.
-Build, manage, and maintain an external talent pipeline using digital and social channels.
-Work towards key recruitment KPIs, including speed, cost, and superior candidate experience.
-Provide and analyze data on recruitment metrics, implementing process improvements where necessary.
-Develop innovative and out-of-the-box sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent.
-Manage candidate relationships and effectively communicate our client's employment value proposition.
-Ensure data integrity and accuracy in the applicant tracking system.
 

Requirements:
-Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
-8-10 years of experience in sourcing and attracting talent, particularly for challenging profiles.
-Experience recruiting for roles at all seniority levels in a high-volume environment.
-Capable to work multiple roles, more than 40-50 roles per month
-Preferably, knowledge of international recruitment processes.
-Proficiency in MS Office, HR systems (Workday, HiredScore), digital screening/sourcing tools (HireVue, LinkedIn Recruiter), and social media platforms.
-Strong agility and ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic business environment.
-Excellent communication, networking, and stakeholder management skills.
-Fluent in English.
