The Role
This role supports global treasury operations by managing cash processes, ensuring governance, and creating financial reports using Power Platform tools like Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate. The focus is on improving efficiency, assisting with loans, and participating in key financial projects. Strong accounting and Power Platform skills are essential.
Responsibilities
- Providing support for Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate) by troubleshooting issues, implementing updates, and enhancing visualizations for optimal performance.
- Supporting the management of intercompany loans, ensuring proper documentation and overseeing the global period-end closing process.
- Collaborating with the Tax team to prepare quarterly interest forecasts.
- Analyzing idle cash positions and coordinating follow-ups with ICTCs.
- Managing the internal control self-testing process for Global Treasury.
- Verifying the accuracy of manual payment processing.
- Facilitating the integration of acquired businesses into existing reporting systems.
- Leading or contributing to projects, such as integrating daily cash positioning and forecasting into Power BI.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or business economics with strong accounting knowledge and experience in financial processes
- 3-5 years of financial experience
- Advanced experience with Power Apps, Power BI, and Power Automate (building apps, creating dashboards, automating processes)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Experience in managing intercompany loans, ensuring documentation completeness, and handling global period-end closing processes
