Role description
As a Supply Chain Systems Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the Global Logistics team within Business Support. You will be responsible for optimizing digital tools, enhancing employee skill sets, ensuring full utilization of ERP and Supply Chain Planning tools, and maintaining high standards of Master Data management. Your work will directly contribute to improving decision-making within the Export Customer Service group and streamlining processes in a fast-evolving environment.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for supply chain systems (SHIFT, Kinaxis) and related processes.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for Master Data-related topics, including Kinaxis, Shift, and GMID.
  • Ensure accurate maintenance of Master Data.
  • Execute customer pricing updates (third-party & nonstandard flow) in Vistex and Customer Contract Conditions updates.
  • Handle new customer requests and updates for existing customers.
  • Monitor system execution of shipments, consignment stock reconciliations, and inventory movements, with a focus on outbound interfaces.
  • Support the Operational Downstream Supply Chain team with timely and accurate Material, Customer, and Contract Master Data.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in supply chain operations.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP and DRP systems.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a cross-cultural and matrix environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to educate, instruct, and transfer knowledge.
  • Strong attention to detail and understanding of Master Data’s impact on supply chain and financial processes.
  • Excellent project and process management skills.
  • Flexible team player with the ability to adapt to change.
