Role Description
As a Artwork Operations Manager,  you will join the IPRO team within the Operations department, reporting to the Team Lead Activity Management. Your main responsibility is to coordinate artwork creation and approval for the Dairy, First Diet, and Specialized Nutrition categories, ensuring timely delivery within quality and cost standards for the Benelux region.

Responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact for all artwork-related topics (e.g., Pre-Media Agency, Global Artwork Team, Brand Managers). 
- Manage and oversee artwork projects for Benelux categories (Dairy, First Diet, Specialized Nutrition). 
- Coordinate the entire artwork process: from design to file delivery to printers. 
- Maintain and adjust artwork planning and prioritize tasks as needed. 
- Provide advice on technical printing topics (e.g., pre-production meetings, print trials, color proofing). 
- Monitor and optimize the local artwork process by tracking KPIs and improving performance. 
- Oversee project pipelines, resource tracking, and reporting for internal and global stakeholders. 
- Train local users and stakeholders in the artwork process. 

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Product Design, Graphical Design). 
- At least 3 years of experience in Artwork Management or a similar role. 
- Experience working with prepress agencies and printers, including knowledge of printing processes, colors, and terminology. 
- Strong project management, planning, and organizational skills. 
- Excellent communication, networking, and stakeholder management abilities.
