The Company
The client is one of the Netherlands’ biggest dairy products manufacturers who is also active globally.    

Role Description
As an Allround Operator, you will be responsible for operating, controlling, and regulating processes in both the control room and the butter-making area. You will be part of a dynamic team and your role will involve shared responsibility for the team's performance in terms of safety, quality, and production output. The job requires both technical expertise and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. 

Responsibilities
You will be working in a small, close-knit team of six, including four Allround Operators and two Packaging Operators. Flexibility, proactivity, and the ability to quickly adapt are key traits we value. 

  • Receiving, checking, processing, coordinating, and storing raw milk/cream and secondary streams.
  • Performing regular product and process checks according to instructions and making adjustments when necessary through sampling.
  • Reporting complex issues to the Technical Department and assisting with major maintenance tasks as required.
  • Handling administrative tasks such as recording process data, product details, and maintenance repairs in the relevant systems.
  • Conducting necessary analyses or checks and implementing corrective actions based on results.
  • Identifying and recording deviations, taking corrective actions to ensure production stays within set specifications.
  • Cleaning installations, pipes, and work environments manually or using automated cleaning systems.
  • Documenting process and product data, logging faults in an OEE tool, and recording repairs in the maintenance system.
  • Adhering to HACCP, hygiene, company, and safety regulations.
  • Performing tasks based on verbal or written instructions from supervisors.
  • Participating in improvement teams aimed at enhancing departmental performance.
  • Discussing any significant issues or deviations with the supervisor as part of the Daily Control System. 

Requirements 

  • At least 5 years of experience as a process operator within the food industry.
  • Ability to perform first-line maintenance.
  • Minimum MBO 4 (intermediate vocational education) in a relevant technical field.
  • Background in food technology, process technology, or VAPRO is preferred.
  • Willingness to work in a 5-shift system, including during holidays.
  • Availability to work in this schedule at least until the end of July 2025.
