The Opportunity
We are seeking a Artwork Project Manager to join the Innovation & Productivity Realization Office (IPRO) team within the Operations department. Reporting to the Team Lead Activity Management, this role is critical in coordinating and overseeing the artwork creation and approval process for the Dairy, First Diet, and Specialized Nutrition categories. Your efforts will ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality delivery of artwork to meet business needs.
 

Key Responsibilities
-Act as the primary point of contact for all artwork-related matters, collaborating with Pre Media-Agency, the Global Artwork team, Brand Managers, Project Managers, and Approvers.
-Oversee and manage all artwork projects for Benelux in the Dairy, First Diet, and Specialized Nutrition categories, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
-Coordinate the entire artwork process, from design to file delivery to printers, ensuring quality at every step.
-Develop and maintain artwork project planning, making adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines and priorities.
-Provide technical guidance on printing topics, including Pre-Production Meetings, print trials, and color proofing.
-Own and optimize the local artwork process by monitoring KPIs, performance, and implementing improvements where needed.
-Manage the project pipeline, track resources, and provide detailed reporting to internal and global stakeholders.
-Train and support local users and stakeholders on the artwork process to ensure alignment and efficiency.
 

Requirements
-A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Product Design, Graphic Design) with at least 3 years of proven experience in Artwork Management or a similar role.
-Practical knowledge of prepress agencies and printing, including technical terminology, color basics, and printing processes.
-Strong project management experience with exceptional planning and organizational skills.
-Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
-Fluency in English and French or Dutch is essential.
-Residence and work eligibility in the Netherlands.
-Additional skills in problem-solving and work prioritization are highly valued.
