The Opportunity
A leading biopharmaceutical company is looking for a  Senior Associate Manufacturing - Operational Excellence Team Compliance. This role is critical in supporting and leading deviation investigations to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards.
 
Key Responsibilities
-Develop and execute deviation investigations to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards.
-Conduct risk assessments to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
-Manage and maintain documentation related to manufacturing processes and compliance.
-Assist in investigating material-related issues to ensure smooth manufacturing operations.
-Support complaint investigations by providing assessments related to manufacturing process controls.
-Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing processes and compliance.
-Provide training and support to manufacturing staff to ensure adherence to processes and procedures.
 
Requirements
-Experience in manufacturing, compliance, or operational excellence.
-Proficiency in risk assessment and process monitoring tools.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Assurance).
-Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt or higher certification.
-Previous experience in a compliance role within a manufacturing environment.
