The Role 
As a Lab Technician you will be involved in conducting technical tests and diagnostics in a laboratory setting, either independently or under supervision. You will also support laboratory operations such as ordering supplies, maintaining equipment, and ensuring cleanliness, while working with moderate supervision and applying their technical expertise.

Responsibilities:

• Perform complex mechanical or diagnostic tests in medical/scientific labs, working independently or under supervision.
• Control preparatory work, provide materials, and develop simple experimental designs.
• Implement changes in trial design, execution, and manage trial productions/tests under supervision.
• Compile data into a presentable format and record in the lab journal.
• Monitor differences in experiments/tests and perform calculations with automated data analysis.
• Display results, prepare samples, and add comments as needed.
• Ensure proper laboratory operation, including equipment management and detecting failures.
• Support lab activities such as ordering, equipment management, and cleanup.
• Work with moderate direction, utilizing appropriate skills and knowledge.

• Fluency in Dutch & English
• GMP experience
• A relevant technical qualification or previous experience in a laboratory setting is required.
• Ability to work with precision and accuracy in performing tasks and handling data.
• A strong focus on maintaining a safe working environment and adhering to safety protocols.
