Role Description
As an Supply Chain OTC professional, you will play a key role in supporting the overall vision and strategy of the Global Customer Experience and Order-to-Cash (OTC) organization. You will also contribute to the optimization of OTC processes, focusing on simplification, standardization, and automation.

Responsibilities
- Assist in identifying and implementing standardization opportunities in partnership with regional Customer Experience (CX) teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Co-develop global process documentation, adhering to company documentation hierarchy and guidelines while accounting for varying regional GxP, quality, and regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to strategic projects by working with cross-functional and cross-regional teams.
- Assist in developing and maintaining comprehensive training materials.
Provide overall support for GCX-OTC Capability Team workstreams and functions.

Requirement
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of directly related experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical or a related industry.
- Proven experience working in an international environment.
- Strong understanding of cross-functional processes, with the ability to provide insights and visualizations.
- Proficiency in analyzing and summarizing large datasets into clear and actionable reports.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications, including Visio.
- Hands-on experience with SAP, preferably S/4HANA.
