The Opportunity
A leading biopharmaceutical company is looking for a Supply Chain and Procurement Coordinator – Clinical Products to manage supply chain and procurement for Medicinal Products (NAMP) supporting global clinical trials. This role is critical in ensuring the seamless delivery of therapies to patients worldwide.
 
Key Responsibilities
-Develop and execute global supply plans to meet clinical trial demands.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure timely and optimal supply.
-Conduct market assessments to identify sourcing strategies based on availability, pricing, and quality.
-Resolve supply chain conflicts and manage invoicing issues.
-Oversee labelling, packaging, and shipment processes, including international logistics.
-Maintain ERP systems, create purchase orders, and manage key supply chain documentation.
-Lead process improvement initiatives and manage supply chain dashboards.
 
Requirements
-Experience in operations, supply chain, procurement, or planning.
-Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP), procurement tools (e.g., Ariba), and document management systems (e.g., Veeva Vault).
-Knowledge of supply and demand planning, GMP materials, and international shipping.
-Strong analytical, vendor management, and negotiation skills.
-APICS, ISM, or Lean/Six Sigma certifications are a plus.
