Role Description
As a Senior Associate in Regional Operations at this company, you'll manage product lifecycles, support launches, and ensure safe, timely product delivery across EMEA markets. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, execute lifecycle changes, and drive process improvements to optimize operations.

Responsibilities
-Overseeing all phases of a product’s lifecycle, executing lifecycle changes according to the regional Variation Master Plan, and supporting product launches across the EMEA region.
-Conducting labeling assessments, ensuring compliance with regional requirements, and managing the specialized shipping process for your products.
-Facilitating communication between Supply Chain, Regulatory Affairs, Operations, and marketing teams, while also driving process improvements and identifying opportunities for streamlining activities.
-Coordinating data collection for customer requests, managing master data activities, and supporting business case preparation and impact assessments for product launches and lifecycle management.

Requirements
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with at least 2 years of directly related experience.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Experience in pharmaceutical or supply chain operations (preferably with APICS, CPIM, or CIRM certification).
- Experience working in an international environment and managing multi-disciplinary projects.
- Tech-savvy with a proactive approach to adopting innovations in business and technology applications.
