The role
Our client is seeking a skilled Project Manager to join their Supply Training team in Veghel for a one-year contract. You will lead the coordination and implementation of training programs, working alongside team leaders and key departments. This role demands a strategic mindset, strong organizational abilities, and effective leadership to ensure the success and efficiency of training initiatives.
Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule training sessions in collaboration with team leaders, labor planning, and departments such as Quality & Food Safety (Q&FS) and Health, Safety & Environment (HSE).
• Oversee the creation and coordination of training materials and programs.
• Manage booking and logistics for training venues.
• Handle administrative tasks, including maintaining attendance records.
• Coordinate and schedule validation sessions for the training programs.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards and safety procedures.
• Provide strategic recommendations to improve training effectiveness.

• Proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities with stakeholders.
• Ability to manage standards, procedures, and deliver results in production settings.
• Knowledge of supply chain operations and regulatory standards (quality and safety).
• Dutch and English proficiency required.
