Role Description
As a Supply Planner, you will be responsible for converting customer demand into a feasible and efficient supply plan for both internal production teams and external suppliers. By balancing service levels, operational costs, and inventory, you ensure optimal product availability while maintaining efficiency and adhering to operational constraints.

Responsibilities

- Manage the S&OP process, connecting stakeholders and ensuring timely and complete product availability.

- Align international customer demand with operational and tactical plans.

- Monitor supplier performance and take action to ensure delivery reliability.

- Coordinate short- and long-term material availability with suppliers.

- Collaborate with Customer Care and suppliers to resolve short-term planning challenges.

- Continuously identify opportunities to improve delivery reliability and operational efficiency.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, or a related field.

- 2-5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.

- Proficiency in SAP APO (SNP) and Excel is a strong advantage.

- Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English.

- Strong analytical skills with a focus on continuous improvement.

- Proven ability to work in a structured, project-based manner.
