 Role Description
Our client is seeking a motivated Sr. Associate Clinical Supply Chain /Planner Buyer to oversee the planning and procurement. The role requires a proactive individual capable of managing supply chains, resolving issues, and contributing to strategic sourcing decisions to ensure the success of clinical programs.

 Responsibilities
- Translate product supply and MRP orders into global supply plans for clinical trials.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to maintain a continuous supply of materials.
- Evaluate market conditions to determine the best sourcing strategies for clinical products.
- Address any conflicts related to supply or delivery to avoid delays in research milestones.
- Coordinate labelling, packaging, and shipments with internal and external partners.
- Manage purchase order and invoice reconciliation processes, updating ERP systems.
- Initiate NAMP specifications in PLM and handle related documentation.
- Create and update project trackers, dashboards, and internal sites for seamless.

Requirements
- Master’s degree or equivalent relevant experience in supply chain or related fields.
- At least 2 years of experience in life sciences, supply chain, or procurement roles.
- Proficient in ERP systems (SAP) and procurement systems like Ariba.
- Familiar with Veeva Vault and PLM for document management.
- Solid understanding of clinical trial materials supply and demand planning.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to manage relationships and resolve issues quickly.
