Role Description: 
We are looking for a Project Manager to join our Supply Training team. You will coordinate and organize training programs for our operations team, working closely with departments like Quality & Food Safety (Q&FS) and Health, Safety & Environment (HSE). This role involves planning, scheduling, and overseeing the delivery of training sessions, ensuring alignment with company goals and compliance standards.

Responsibilities: 
- Plan and schedule training sessions with team leaders, labour planning, Q&FS, and HSE teams. 
- Support the creation of training materials and coordinate venues. 
- Maintain accurate attendance records and handle related administrative tasks. 
- Schedule and validate training compliance with quality and safety standards. 
- Provide insights to improve training programs.

Requirement: 
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role. 
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. 
- Proficiency in project management tools. 
- Background in training or supply chain operations. 
- Familiarity with administrative systems and processes. 
- Understanding of quality and safety standards.
