Role Description
The client is seeking a dedicated Project Manager to join the Supply Training department. The Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating and executing training programs aimed at enhancing the operations team’s skills. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership abilities to ensure that training sessions are effectively planned, scheduled, and executed in alignment with organizational objectives. 

Key Responsibilities

• Leading the planning and scheduling of training sessions in collaboration with team leaders, labor planning, and departments such as Quality & Food Safety (Q&FS) and Health, Safety & Environment (HSE).
• Overseeing the development and creation of training materials and programs.
• Managing the booking and coordination of appropriate training venues.
• Maintaining and updating attendance records in the system.
• Performing various administrative tasks related to training sessions.
• Validating and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards for all training activities.
• Providing strategic insights and recommendations to improve training effectiveness. 

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using project management tools.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Experience in training and development.
• Knowledge of supply chain operations.
• Familiarity with administrative processes and systems.
• Understanding of quality and safety standards and regulations.
