About the Position
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Project Manager to oversee and implement comprehensive training programs for the operations team. This assignment offers an exciting opportunity to make a real impact on the company’s growth and performance. You’ll play a critical role in planning and executing training sessions that align with the company’s safety, quality, and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

-Plan and schedule training sessions in collaboration with team leaders and key departments.
-Coordinate with Quality & Food Safety (Q&FS) and Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) teams to ensure materials are accurate and compliant.
-Organize venues, manage attendance records, and handle related administrative tasks.
-Monitor and validate training activities to maintain high-quality standards.
-Provide recommendations to enhance training effectiveness and address team needs.

Requirements
-
Proven experience in project management or a similar role.
-Strong organizational, multitasking, and leadership skills.
-Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
-Proficiency in project management tools and systems.
-Background in training or development is a plus.
-Knowledge of supply chain operations or safety standards is beneficial.
