The Company
Our client is dairy cooperative with international presence, formed by dairy farmers in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. The company has a large product range including milk, yoghurts, baby and infant nutrition, cheese, butter etc.

Role Description
As a Digital HR Specialist, you will be responsible for driving and optimizing Employee Central and Time Off processes within the global HR function. Acting at the intersection of HR and IT, you will ensure the effective setup, maintenance, and utilization of the Employee Central system, including Time Off features, to support the organization's global HR operations.

Responsibilities
- Acting as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Time Off process in a global project, overseeing its transition to two Shared Service locations.
- Managing the functional aspects of Employee Central, including the Time Off module, to ensure seamless operation.
- Analyzing and designing global core HR processes, converting business requirements into technical solutions within the platform.
- Supporting senior Digital Specialists and Project Managers to facilitate efficient project execution and operational workflows.
- Collaborating with the IT team to ensure application stability and adherence to RFCs and legal standards.


Requirement
- Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or IT, with at least 3 years of relevant experience in global digital HR operations.
- Demonstrated expertise in Shared Services and Service Delivery processes.
- Practical experience with SuccessFactors and/or Workday, along with proficiency in SAP systems.
- Strong knowledge and functional management experience in Core HR, particularly within Employee Central.
