HR Digital Specialist
The Company
Our client is dairy cooperative with international presence, formed by dairy farmers in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. The company has a large product range including milk, yoghurts, baby and infant nutrition, cheese, butter etc.
Role Description
As a HR Digital Specialist, you will be responsible for or driving and enhancing the Employee Central and Time Off processes for the global HR function. You will play a key role at the intersection of HR and IT, ensuring the proper setup and usage of the Employee Central system, including Time Off, to support the organization’s global HR operations.
Responsibilities
- Serving as the SME for the Time Off process in the global project, managing its transition to two Shared Service locations.
- Providing functional management for Employee Central, including the Time Off module.
- Analyzing and designing global core HR processes, translating business requirements into technical solutions through the platform.
- Supporting senior Digital specialists and project managers to ensure efficient project execution and smooth operational work.
- Working closely with the IT team to ensure application continuity and compliance with RFCs and legal standards.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, and/or IT, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in global Digital HR.
- Proven experience in Shared Services and Service Delivery processes.
- Hands-on experience with SuccessFactors and/or Workday, as well as on SAP.
- Expertise in functional management of Core HR, particularly within Employee Central.
