Contract Coordinator

Role Description
The Contract Coordinator is the main point of contact for contracts related to O&P Europe business. This includes mostly commercial agreements (such as sales, purchase, swap, consignment stock, rebate, settlement, e-billing, distribution and agency agreements) but also inter-company, quality, confidentiality or service agreements.
Acts as interface between Sales, Business and various support functions (Legal, Credit, Tax, Insurance).
Responsibilities
- Maintain effectiveness of contract management process for BSM sales contracts / reporting for EU.
- Collection / tracking of all required approvals.
- Collection of contract signatures.
- Distribution of documents to customers.
- Provide analysis on various contract related topics such as ratio of standard/non-standard contracts, implementation of new clauses (Freight costs / Brexit), service level differentiation.
- Provide regular status reports to management.
Requirements
- University / college degree preferred or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in either supply chain, customer service or legal environment.
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Basic PC skills, including Excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint, databases
