Role Description:
As a Senior Procurement Specialist you will support logistics, warehousing, and distribution sourcing activities across the EMEA region.
Responsibilities:
- Execute sourcing activities (RFI, RFP, e-sourcing, supplier onboarding, negotiations, contracting) across UK, NL, and EMEA.
- Manage stakeholder communication and lead project progress meetings.
- Drive continuous improvement, compliance, and efficiency in procurement processes.
- Monitor supplier performance against business requirements.
- Analyze market trends to inform sourcing strategies and improvements.
- Collaborate with global and regional teams to ensure adherence to procurement policies.
- Achieve cost reduction and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) targets.
- Support supplier diversity and sustainability initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelors in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Logistics.
- 7–10 years of procurement experience, preferably in the Netherlands.
- Expertise in logistics categories and sourcing strategies.
- Proficiency in MS Office; fluent in English.
