Role Description
Our client is seeking a Regulatory Affairs Labeling Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the artwork management process and ensuring the uniformity of country-specific product labeling. You will also guide and train other Labeling Officers on the artwork management process, ensuring that labeling meets regulatory standards and is delivered on time.
Responsibilities
- Ensure uniformity of country-specific product labeling, meeting deadlines and communication requirements.
- Coordinate and implement new or revised product labeling in line with regulatory files.
- Oversee small artwork management projects with minimal guidance and support change teams as needed.
- Ensure timely control of internal and external artwork design departments.
- Gather necessary information for product labeling, including technical specs, design, and registration requirements.
- Manage the phasing in of modified packaging materials and phasing out of old materials.
- Maintain communication with key stakeholders (e.g., local companies, packaging sites, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, QA).
- Oversee document intake and procedures for product introductions or changes.
- Plan daily tasks for the labeling team.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in one or more areas of artwork management (e.g., packaging sites, global processes).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
- Preferred experience in Regulatory, QA, or Supply Chain within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Experience with artwork/document management systems is a plus.
- Knowledge of GMP guidelines in the pharmaceutical industry.
- At least 1 year of experience coordinating global initiatives or projects.
- Strong communication skills and fluency in English.
- Team player, service-minded, accurate, and efficient.
