Role Description
They are looking for a Talent Partner to support internal talent placements and external recruitment, particularly within the Ice Cream business. You will play a critical role in sourcing top talent and building a strong pipeline, while providing insights into the external talent market and recruiting strategies.

Responsibilities
– Collaborate with internal Talent Partners to fill new roles within
– Act as an expert on the external talent market across a wide range of functions, advising HR and business teams on trends and opportunities.
– Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for external vacancies, partnering with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners.
– Build and maintain a strong external talent pipeline by leveraging digital and social channels for sourcing.
– Work towards KPIs related to recruitment speed, costs, and delivering an excellent experience for both Hiring Managers and candidates.
– Analyze recruitment metrics and identify opportunities for process improvements.
– Create and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent.
– Manage and build candidate relationships while communicating the company’s employment value proposition to potential hires.
– Ensure accuracy and integrity in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) data.

Requirements

– Passion for recruiting top talent and providing a great candidate experience.
– Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business, Marketing, or Economics.
– 3-5 years of experience in sourcing hard-to-fill roles.
– Experience recruiting across all seniority levels in high-volume environments.
– Fluent in English and Dutch
– Proficient in MS Office, HR systems (Workday, Hiredscore), and digital tools (HireVue, LinkedIn Recruiter).
