Role Description
As a Product & Innovation Design Manager, you will implement sustainable business continuity solutions related to product compliance within supply networks and third-party manufacturers. You will play a critical role in driving technical execution, trial planning, and long-term solutions, while navigating a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Responsibilities
-Conduct lab and pilot plant experiments to support product development.
-Develop theoretical recipes and provide technical support for industrial trials.
-Collaborate with factories, suppliers, and cross-functional teams to implement business continuity projects.
-Ensure safe, regulatory-compliant products by partnering with Quality & Food Safety teams.
-Prepare detailed documentation to support lab and factory trial validation.
-Represent the team in project governance, review committees, and collaborative platforms.
Requirements
-Minimum 5 years of experience in R&D or process technology, preferably in the food industry.
-Background in Food Science, Chemistry, Pharmacy, or related fields; experience with infant formula or FSMP products is a plus.
-Knowledge of ingredient functionality (e.g., minerals, vitamins, fats & oils) and regulatory/quality processes.
-Practical understanding of dairy food and process technology fundamentals.
-Proficiency in lab work and familiarity with SAP and MS Office; Power BI experience is an advantage.
