About the Position
We are seeking an Enviromental Consultant to join the Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHHS) team at our client’s Dordrecht location. This role offers a unique opportunity to work at the forefront of environmental compliance and sustainability. You will oversee environmental performance, ensure compliance with regulations, and play a key role in projects aimed at improving the site’s environmental impact.

Responsibilities
-Prepare environmental documents such as permit applications, environmental reports, and management reviews.
-Devloep and execute audit plans, perform audits, and follow up on findings.
-Monitor environmental performance against permits and report findings to management.
-Enhance and maintain compliance management systems.
-Collaborate with manufacturing technology and operations teams to initiate and implement projects for improved environmental outcomes.
-Provide advice on areas such as noise, air, water, soil, and waste management.

Requirements
-A university degree (WO level) in a technical field, preferably with an environmental focus.
-Strong safety awareness.
-Analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive and driven approach.
-Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
-Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English, written and spoken.
