Role Description
SIRE Life Sciences is seeking experienced and skilled recruitment professionals to join our dynamic team. As a recruitment strategist, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, connecting clients and candidates in the life sciences industries. Your role will include sourcing, qualifying, and preparing candidates for interviews while building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates alike.
Responsibilities
-Source and screen candidates, reviewing CVs and conducting interviews.
-Work closely with clients to understand their needs and ensure quality service delivery.
-Negotiate contracts and facilitate the hiring process.
-Provide coaching and preparation for candidates throughout the interview process.
-Take initiative in organizing your own work and contributing to the success of the team.
-Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and offer support in achieving team goals.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and candidates.
-Proactive, assertive, adaptable, and commercial mindset.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

-Experience or interest in the life sciences sector is a plus.
