Role Description
The Cell Therapy Specialist will play a critical role in supporting the manufacturing, quality, and delivery of personalized cell therapy products. This role focuses on ensuring that patients receive cutting-edge treatments with the highest quality standards. The specialist will work cross-functionally to ensure smooth workflows, compliance with regulatory requirements, and adherence to operational excellence.
 
Responsibilities
- Execute and monitor end-to-end processes for cell therapy production, including collection, processing, and delivery.
 - Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Maintain and update accurate documentation related to manufacturing and quality control processes.
- Troubleshoot operational issues and propose innovative solutions to optimize workflows.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, logistics, and regulatory affairs, to support clinical and commercial manufacturing.
 
-Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in cell therapy, biopharmaceuticals, or related industries.
- Strong knowledge of GMP regulations and aseptic techniques.
- Experience with automated cell processing systems and analytical methods is a plus.
- Exceptional problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment.
