Electrical Engineer – System Owner 

The Company
Our client is one of the leads from the Biotechnology industry who try to improve patients’ lives, by distributing their medicines to hospital and pharmacies in 100 different countries in the world, to over 10 million patients, in Europe, Turkey, Middle East and Africa Regions.

Role Description
As a System Owner you will be responsible for you will also be a key contact for troubleshooting, managing system documentation, and ensuring adherence to safety and regulatory standards. You will be responsible for maintaining system performance, implementing upgrades, making the business case for life cycle investment. 
Responsibilities
- Oversee the electrical systems across multiple locations, ensuring optimal performance and compliance. 
- Develop and implement maintenance and reliability strategies for electrical systems, including replacement investments (business case/need statement). 
- Act as a core team member in projects, providing expertise and support for electrical systems, but not leading projects directly. 
- Ensure systems meet safety, regulatory, and operational standards. 
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. 
- Manage system documentation, including technical specifications and maintenance records. 
- Support projects to ensure the maintainability of the installation, providing input and assistance. 

Requirements
- HBO working and thinking level, with a focus on Electrical Engineering / Maintenance or a related field. 
- Extensive experience in managing electrical systems in industrial or regulated environments. 
-Strong technical and troubleshooting skills with a deep understanding of electrical systems. 
- Knowledge of electrical safety standards and regulatory compliance (e.g., NEN, ISO)
- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills
