Role Description:
As a Maintenance Operations Manager, you will take charge of the maintenance operations of the recycling plant, ensuring the highest levels of safety, efficiency, and technical availability. This is a strategic leadership role where you’ll lead a team, implement preventative measures, and drive continuous improvement within the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the safe and efficient maintenance of plant operations, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Minimize unplanned stops and swiftly manage breakdowns to reduce production impact.
• Develop and execute a robust preventive maintenance plan to enhance technical reliability.
• Lead and coach a team of maintenance professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
• Manage spare parts inventory and ensure cost-effective maintenance operations.
• Utilize CMMS to monitor maintenance processes and generate actionable reports.

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Proven leadership experience in a maintenance or technical environment.
• Proficiency in CMMS, MS Office tools, and knowledge of Dutch employment laws.
• Certification: VCA VOL (or willingness to obtain).
• Fluent in Dutch and English; German proficiency is an advantage.
