Role Description
As a QHSE Specialist you will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, and improving the organization's QHSE management systems and ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and organizational standards. The role involves promoting a culture of safety, environmental responsibility, and continuous improvement in quality across all departments.
Responsibilities
- Develop and monitor quality objectives, KPIs, and performance metrics
- Conduct risk assessments and implement measures to mitigate hazards
- Monitor environmental performance and develop strategies for minimizing environmental impact
- Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and support to senior management and operational teams
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of QHSE regulations and standards
- Ability to analyze data and develop actionable insights
- Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Safety, or a related field
- Increase employee engagement and awareness of QHSE policies
