Role Description
As an Operator, you will help create high-quality pharmaceutical products. You will operate and monitor equipment for filling liquid ampoules and manage lyophilizes. Your work will ensure that each batch meets the required standards, supporting life-saving treatments for patients.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate filling machines in cleanrooms, following strict procedures (SOPs and cGMP standards).
• Monitor equipment, troubleshoot issues, and perform basic maintenance.
• Follow safety guidelines and health protocols.
• Accurately complete batch paperwork and ensure compliance with standards.
• Help resolve equipment or process issues quickly.
• Report any issues to management.

Requirements

• Technical/scientific degree or relevant experience in a regulated environment (pharmaceutical, food manufacturing, or medical devices).
• Strong technical skills and ability to solve problems.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow strict procedures.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
