Role Description
As the Supply Chain Associate you will be responsible for providing ERP support, managing reporting and dashboards, supporting OTC processes, and driving operational improvements within GDH EMEA through data analysis, system enhancements, and cross-functional collaboration.
 
Responsibilities
-Ensure reliable and efficient ERP support, including operational assistance, incident management, and testing within GDH EMEA. 
-Act as the first point of contact for ERP flow issues and provide resolution. 
-Support Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes, system improvements, and decision-making through accurate data and analysis. 
-Execute daily and monthly KPI reporting, update dashboards (SQL & Tableau), and manage month-end close activities.  
-Create reports to support operations and escalate issues when necessary. 
-Provide ERP system support, including training, incident management, change requests, and system enhancements. 
-Research and analyze data to advise on OTC process improvements. 

 Requirements
-Bachelor's degree or equivalent related to Supply Chain / Logistics, Business Administration or Data Science or relevant
-Basic understanding of ERP systems and data analysis
-1+ years of related professional experience.
-Experience in working in an international environment, ability to liaise/communicate effectively with cross-functional teams
-Fluency in English, in both oral and written communication
