The Role: 
We’re seeking an experienced Construction Manager for exciting onshore projects in the petrochemical/oil & gas industry.
You’ll manage construction processes, oversee contractor performance, and ensure projects meet safety, quality, and timeline goals.   

Key Responsibilities: 
-Lead and coordinate construction phases (engineering, procurement, execution). -Ensure contractor compliance with safety, quality, and schedule standards. 
-Provide input on planning, contract strategy, and resource allocation. 
-Manage construction safety processes (P&IDs, HAZOPs) and compliance. 
-Update stakeholders and document changes during installation.   

Requirements: 
-10+ years in construction management (recent petrochemical/oil & gas experience). 
-Proficiency in mechanical and E&I construction standards, safety tools (P&IDs, HAZOPs). 
-Strong leadership and contractor management skills. 
-Fluent in Dutch & English; advanced MS Office skills. 
-Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
