Maintenance & Reliability Engineer

Role Description
In this role you provide technical support to the manufacturing department and the maintenance organizations, based on prioritization of the Maintenance Manager, in accordance with Engineering Guidelines & Standards, and legislative and regulatory inspection, to ensure optimal availability, safety and efficiency of obtain and maintain equipment.
Responsibilities
- You act as the installation manager, analyze the condition of installed equipment, in collaboration with to ensure the integrity of the installation.
- You analyze failure data using the Reliability/Inspection databases to identify and solve repetitive problems (bad actors).
- Preventive maintenance program based on a Long-Range Plan and monitor, conduct periodic reviews of maintenance programs to optimize them.
- You are also responsible for spare parts management for both critical and non-critical equipment.
- Manage maintenance-related procedures and work instructions so that work is carried out safely and efficiently and meets the Operations Excellence standards.
Requirements
- Completed mechanical engineering Bachelor/or minimum HBO level.
- From 3 years of work experience with rotating equipment in the petrochemical industry.
- Knowledge of local and international industry standards is an advantage, as well as knowledge of Reliability Centered Maintenance principles.
- Fluent in Dutch and English is a must.
